Joshua Tree National Park Micro Wedding

Amy + Erik’s Joshua Tree elopement was a little slice of heaven. We had the most beautiful weather in the park that evening, and their friends and family were able to join them in this magical National Park for their intimate elopement day. The joy, love, and warmth overflowing from their loved ones was so wonderful to witness. These two exude happiness and I left them feeling so thankful and inspired! They welcomed me into their lives and made me feel so honored & special by being a part of their day. I will never grow tired of the beauty that Joshua Tree National Park holds - it’s such a captivating landscape to be a part of. I think we truly made magic this day, and I hope you guys agree!

Here’s a little bit about their story:

“We both love to out-weird the other, whoever breaks into laughter first "loses" the game. Picture walking towards the grocery store entrance and I grab his hand in the same way a queen might be escorted into a ball, silly walking or dancing, etc. Erik surprised me with a vacation to one of our favorite US cities, Austin TX. He had planned a dinner at my favorite BBQ spot with some of our friends but we arrived too early. So we went for a walk in a park across the street from the restaurant which happened to have a killer view of the river that flows through downtown. As we were walking, we stopped where we could look out over the city's skyline and he proposed. After I said yes, all of our friends popped out of the bushes and then we celebrated with brisket!”
