How many images will we get?

On average I deliver about 100 images per hour, but I am known for overdelivering! On average, my 8 hour wedding days end up with about 1,000 images in their gallery. I’m a huge believer in giving you however many good images there are, so have no fear! I won’t be withholding anything.


Can we skip the complimentary engagement session and have it deducted from our package total? Or turn this into an extra hour of coverage?

No, sorry! Your engagement session is SO important to me, which is why I include it in my most popular packages. While the shoot itself is of $1000 of value, I find it SO important that I have decided to gift it to you for a very specific purpose! It’s an opportunity for us to meet in person, get to know each other better, get you comfortable in front of the camera, and to help you know what to expect when working with me before I show up on your wedding day! Without fail, every single couple I have photographed before their wedding says it was absolutely worth it and it made them feel SO much more comfortable on their wedding day! Should you decide to not use this complimentary session, nothing else about your package is affected and this cannot be turned into an additional hour of coverage. For some destination weddings I DO offer the option to change this into a complimentary day-before/after session.

How will we receive our images?

You’ll get all your beautifully edited images in an online gallery called PASS which will remain online for 10 years. That means no early expiration or re-opening fees like some photographers have. I HIGHLY suggest you download your images to an external hard drive. But if you save them to your computer and your computer crashes, you can log back into your gallery to re-download within that 10 year window.

What’s the benefit of a second shooter?

Second shooters are awesome because it allows me to be two places at once! Second shooters are super helpful with larger weddings where my second shooter can be hanging out with the guys getting ready, while I’m hanging out with the ladies getting ready! It gives you multiple different angles - like for your first look, or during the ceremony, or during the reception when I’m focused on you two & my second shooter is focused on all the guests! Second shooters are perfect for couples looking for a more documentary/candid style of guest shots.

Can we order prints and albums?

Absolutely! I recommend ordering your prints directly through your PASS Gallery to have the highest quality of professional prints. After all, you’ll likely spend thousands of dollars on your wedding images, so when you print them they deserve to be perfect! You are able to take your images elsewhere (like Costco, Walgreens, Shutterfly, etc) but I warn couples that you will notice a difference in color, quality, and sharpness because these are not professional print labs. For this reason I strongly recommend you order through your gallery. For albums, you can order them directly through me!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I am super flexible to whatever payment plan works best for you. I require 50% due upfront to secure your date (this fee is nonrefundable) and the package needs to be paid in full 30 days before your wedding/elopement date. However you would like to make the payments after the retainer fee is up to you!

How does travel work?

Travel is included within Oregon for all of my packages and shoots within 4ish hours of Portland! Outside of Oregon & Washington, I require flights, an airbnb & rental car for 2 nights. I require 2 nights stay in order to arrive a day early to location scout, and to provide a buffer for any issues that could arrive while traveling. Some of my travel destination packages already include all travel costs though.

We’re so awkward! Will you tell us what to do during our shoot?

Absolutely! That’s my job friends! You will never have to wonder “what do I do with my hands?” or “how do we look cute?” I will guide you through every step of the shoot and direct you in ways that allow you to let loose, have fun, and BE YOURSELVES without having to worry about how you look or what you’re doing! My approach to directing couples is to give you actions & things to DO that keep you moving naturally.
