Oregon Coast Elopement // Short Sand Beach

These two eloped in a courthouse in Minnesota, loaded up their car with their 2 lifelong best friends and drove cross country over to the Oregon Coast to see the ocean for the first time! Believe it or not, all 4 of them are high school sweethearts! How adorable is that???

When Chloe first reached out to me she told me she was untraditional and going for moody PNW vibes, which I totally think we delivered on! But these two have such a playful and goofy side, we had to make sure that was captured as well!

The original plan was to go to Hug Point, but the tides have been higher and higher the past year, making it inaccessible to us at the time we wanted to be there. I was reminded of how pretty Short Sand Beach was because my friends brought us here to learn how to surf last summer and I immediately remembered how gorgeous it would be for an elopement! The only other people on the beach were surfers. Quite the cool vibe!!!
