WOOOOW where to start, where to start...

I was lucky enough to photograph 3 friends' weddings this summer, and this one was the last of them. When you know the couple and most of the guests, it's like a totally different day because you're already invested so deeply in your couple. It's seriously a mind-blowing honor when anyone asks me to shoot their wedding, but it's like EXTRA honorable when close friends of yours decide to choose you as well!!

When I arrived where the girls were getting ready, I walked in to see them picking lint out of their armpits from their cute new PJ's (HAHAH). They popped a bottle of champagne, huddled on the bed for some cute pics, when... CRACK! The bed BROKE! Hahahaha. The day was off to a fabulous, light-hearted start!

One of my favorite moments was when Sommer's mom walked in the room and shared such a sweet moment with her daughter, feeling' the flood of emotions rush in!! With her dress on, her mom and sister helped put the final details on her and pull everything together and I don't think there was a dry eye in the room to see the bride all ready to get married!

I could go on and onnnnn for days about how much I LOVE first looks. They are always special, but this one was EXTRA special (as you'll see Chris' reaction - queue all the tears!) I especially loved that they decided to share private vows with one another right after their first look, instead of during the ceremony in front of everyone.

Anyway... I could type forever, but basically this day was SO pretty and special & I am so thankful to have been a part of it! Scroll a million times to see all the goodness.
